6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gasses. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
